Thursdays at the Zoo

I'm getting into the routine of my new nannying job and I can honestly say this is one of the funnest jobs I've had, both affecting my personal life and on the job. I retract some of that- I've had a lot of fun at restaurant jobs. My body has unnaturally gotten accustomed to waking up around 6:30- which allows me to naturally wake up naturally and snuggle with this snuggle bug for about 10 minutes.

then naturally its time to get out of bed for coffee, outside time, and most importantly breakfast. Its a nice routine we've fallen into, at least 3 days a week so far. I swear, sometimes I don't even know how I leave this place each morning with those cuddly cheeks and ultra soft feetsies.

Anywho- we went to the zoo today- ultra fun and can't wait to do it again soon!! Pictures of those sweet angels to come soon.

The First Post

**If reading this blog you are also required to forgive any sloppiness of the surroundings in pictures.

So in this blog I will also be noting:
  • delicious dinner parties (both at the house and at restaurants- no photos will be posted from restaurants cause its not my style)
  • my farm, mentioned hereafter as Half-Acre, and the adventures that go into it (bees, chickens, and heirloom varieties...oh my!)
  • adventures in the lovely city of Atlanta (noone says "hotlanta")
  • any and all vacations I take (hey, maybe thinking I'm telling someone will make me want to take day trips)
  • and all of my wishlists (#1- ipad)
Anyways- everyone should go check out My Hipster Gardener cause his blog is funnier than mine :)

This is the first post of my new blog. I'm doing this because my other half suggested I give it a go- so anyone who stumbles upon this will be bombarded with pictures of the animals in my life. Primary members are Sami (my medium American Bulldog-Pit mix rescue, who believes she is both a person and 5 pounds) and Hendricks (my soft and fluffy, not-so-cuddly kitten- named after the gin, not the musician).
